Join Sian Friday July 17th 6pm at Elite Pilates Studio for a social and supportive intro to Reformer Pilates.

Enjoy an intro reformer session, free grip socks (value €20) and end with light refreshments and a chance to chat.

This is your gentle and supportive starting point, perfect for beginners or those who still feel nervous in the class environment, wanting to improve their confidence on the reformer. 

Join minded people, get a taster of reformer and enjoy light refreshments & and chats. 

You do not need a physical ticket, your name will be at the door once your purchased is completed.
